Communication is key as well as compatibility between clients, designer and contractor. The initial meeting is to assess this potential working relationship and see if it’s a good fit, make sure everyone is feeling understood and heard. At kings Custom, there’s no guess work, we design and we build. Our approach includes evaluating our clients’ needs and priorities including space planning; furniture lay-out, selection and design; accessorizing; installation; supervision of subcontractors and of construction details. When we work with our clients, we carefully examine their goals and tastes. When we build, our clients win!
